Curtain Call

This month on Curtain Call, KVMR's arts magazine, host Cy Musiker talks with the creators of a new opera, explores the legacy of the Wild Eye Pub, closing in September, and meets amateur artists, hoping for a blue ribbon at the Nevada County Fair. Plus California lawmakers zeroes out it's grant funding for artists.

What is Curtain Call?

KVMR Broadcasters Joyce Miller and Cy Musiker have produced something new, for KVMR, Curtain Call. It's a show highlighting the best in arts and culture here in the foothills, the valley and occasionally beyond.

Curtain Call is a resource for all your entertainment needs, whether listeners are interested in rock or bluegrass, jazz or pop, classical, theater, dance, or the visual arts. The show celebrates the amazing diversity of arts we're lucky enough to have here in Gold Country.
