She goes above and beyond by attending their extracurricular activities, and supports their passions outside of the classroom. Her personal connection with her students has allowed her to understand their challenges and accommodate their needs, and she believes in the importance of knowing her students beyond their grades, fostering a positive classroom experience, and encouraging them to excel in areas that they are passionate about. Although she initially planned to continue teaching for several more years, Aimee was encouraged to pursue a role in administration.
