In Part 5 of the Leadership Creed series, we explore one of the most important questions every leader must answer: **Why do you serve?** Drawing from 1 Peter 5:2, this episode reveals that God is not only concerned with what we do, but also with the motives of our hearts. True Kingdom leadership is driven by a genuine love for Jesus, a willing spirit, and an eagerness to serve—not by obligation, recognition, fame, or financial gain.
Through the teachings of Jesus, the writings of Peter and Paul, and practical leadership insights, this message challenges leaders to honestly examine their hearts. You'll discover why serving with the wrong motives ultimately produces burnout and emptiness, while serving from a heart of love brings lasting joy and eternal reward. Whether you lead in the church, your family, your workplace, or your community, this episode will encourage you to guard your heart and lead with the same willing, sacrificial spirit as Christ.
