Buzzkill

2 oz vodka 
1 oz sour mix
1 oz St. Germaine
Champagne 
Throw vodka, sour, and St. Germaine into a shaker, add ice, and give it a solid mix. Strain into your desired glass and top off with champagne (or any bubbly). Garnish with a lemon. Enjoy.
