Louie Anderson guests stars as Bingham Parret the son of the Caviar King. Some people are trying to kill him to get his caviar because his caviar contact stole it and now Russia is pissed. Steele and Holt have to help him get his caviar back to avoid an international incident. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but it's pretty fun!
