It’s become a passion and ongoing project for Tara who has been asked to give presentations on the topic. The response has continued to be incredible and emotions have risen in her work; however, Tara shares how she currently still  grapples with her own Imposter feelings. If you are a minority in the room or field, like in information technology, how do you bring your full self and diverse perspectives to the table?
