Hello from El Porto, California, the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. All right, we all have baggage, Baggage that, in many cases, took years, years to pack. And every once in a while, somebody opens up that suitcase and unpacks some of that baggage, and you are forced to pack it all up again. And that can kind of bring you down.

But here's the thing, hopefully, hopefully you grew from that baggage and learned something. And now you're in a position, you're much stronger and you can handle it much better. Yeah. And learn from it. Again, sometimes old wounds need to open up just to remind us of how far we've come. So pack it up. Be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other. And we will talk to you next time.
