Ravel

Emily is feeling reflective this year about where we've had the comforts come and go from our lives. But Stephen is feeling silly and derails the episode almost immediately by insisting the LOTR quote Emily brought to share was actually from the blockbuster film masterpiece, The Chicken Run. But then, of course, we get back on track as we talk about lovely new comforts in our lives while all three hosts grieve what they once had through the practice of prayer. AND THEN, we wrap up the episode with a point about the blockbuster film masterpiece, The Chicken Run, that actually kind of works!

Happy 2023 to all who have joined us this year! May you, may we, enter 2024 with joy and peace.

What is Ravel?

We all grew up in different parts of American Christianity, and we still keep thinking about how to take it seriously, even as we leave some beliefs behind. Join us our round-table discussion as we ravel out our faith in a complex world, pulling on one thread at a time, seeking Meaning at the end of it all.
