Ever wonder what are the real estate agent's responsibilities to clients & customers? 

This episode is an important one because it'll help you understand the duties and responsibilities the agent has not only toward their clients, but also their customers. The client is someone who has an 'agency' relationship with a firm, while a customer is someone who does not. Why does that matter you might ask? Simply put, real estate agents have a fiduciary responsibility toward the clients they are under contract with to represent, but we still owe customers - people that are not under an agency contract with - certain things such as honestly & integrity. 

Confidentiality is also a huge 'must' in a real estate transaction, but it also applies even after a listing doesn't sell and expires. John talks confidentiality in this episode and some examples might surprise you!
