Phuchka
Mix semolina, flour, baking powder and water
Roll in to round balls 
Deep fry them until crispy
Cut the top off 
Add your fillings 
Cool boiled eggs, Coriander salad 
Serve and enjoy

What is KCLR's The Spice of Life?

The Spice of Life is a 10-part series produced by KCLR under the Sound & Vision scheme, with the support of Coimisiún na Meán and the television licence fee.
