In this message, Ruth explores the purpose of prayer through Jesus' teaching of the Lord's Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13), revealing that prayer is not about getting things we want but about entering into agreement with God's purposes, stewarding our lives and our world in partnership with Him. Through the restoration of relationship made possible by Jesus' death and resurrection, Ruth shows that we can now call God our Father in childlike trust, approach His throne boldly, and pray with confidence knowing that He hears us and longs to grant us not just what we need but His kingdom, power, and glory. As you listen, consider: How much do I truly want God's kingdom to come on earth, and am I willing to pray His prayer with genuine agreement with His purposes, His forgiveness, and His will—beginning first in my own heart?
