The main reason I created it is because of the fact that many people push themselves in one of these variables during workouts, but if form is incorrect or experience not high; There can be times where people are pushing themselves in 2-3 variables at a time, which is quite dangerous if you are not careful.

I wanted this episode to be an enlightening experience, to help you visualize your strategy and workouts accordingly! :)
