Episode Summary
Today, putting people first can be your competitive advantage for all kinds of businesses, not just the ones that do good. How does it do that? Andy Alsop, CEO of The Receptionist, joins us in today’s episode as we talk about the employee-first culture or employee supremacy!

Andy doesn’t talk about giving it all away. Instead, we looked at the idea of employee supremacy as making executive decisions that’ll allow employees to feel valued, have autonomy, and be excited about their roles and work. The bottom line is this...when you tap into the power of your people, they will surprise you with what they are capable of creating - their performance goes up, and the value created by your whole team goes way up!
