After all this fuss though, we’re still no clearer what the deal is with our National Registration Identity Card numbers. Should they be confidential, or not? How vulnerable are we, when they are revealed? And how did such a misunderstanding even arise? Separately, we look at a bizarre Straits Times headline about consumer electronics chain Gain City.
