QUEEN ELIZABETH II DIES AT 96

It is with great sadness that I , The American Prince Charles III, have to bring such sad news.  Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96.  My Prayers are with her family and although she's gone from our sights, never from our hearts.  May my condolences bring her family comfort and my my prayers ease the pain of their loss.

You kill your darlings when you need to get rid of unnecessary baggage with your story such as characters, a part of a storyline (which just isn’t working) or totally removing certain pieces of creative writing-elements that have to be excluded for the sake of the survival of the story itself.
