What happens when a successful startup founder steps away from a thriving company to build something with a deeper personal purpose?
In this episode of Untold: The Best Kept Secrets of Utah, Jon sits down with Zach Barney, Founder of RunzaAI, to talk about entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, family, startup lessons, and the decision to take a completely different path.
Zach shares the story behind RunzaAI, an AI-powered platform designed to help non-technical entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, service businesses, and aspiring founders build and run a business without getting overwhelmed by technology.
After years of building and leading a venture-backed SaaS startup, Zach explains what he learned about leadership, financial discipline, product development, distribution, and the realities of startup life and how those lessons are shaping the way he is building RunzaAI today.
In this episode:

* Zach's perspective on work-life integration versus work-life balance
* Why he believes entrepreneurs should listen to their gut and take risks early
