Dr. Robinson earned a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health from the UAB School of Public Health in 1998. In 2001, she began working for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or HHS, and currently serves as the Deputy Executive Secretary of HHS.
