the Love Says podcast

This episode is all about something that I've been dancing with and talking to so many people in my life about, one of my favorite (and hardest) lessons: letting go of the all-or-nothing way of living.

So many of us are conditioned to believe that we have to go all in or not at all — in work, in healing, in love, in caring for the world. But the truth is, most of life happens somewhere in between. The middle space. The something.

In this episode, I talk about motherhood, injury recovery, and the ongoing practice of finding new rhythms — ones that don’t demand perfection, but presence. There’s also a short guided reflection to help you notice where you’ve been stuck in all-or-nothing patterns and gently ask:

What’s the next something I’m being called to do?

What is the Love Says podcast?

What unfolds when we each find our own way back to a place of love?

Love can get us through the most painful moments, give us the freedom to grow , the courage to change - and Love can lead us to a whole lot of peace and joy and possibility.

So let’s see what happens — in us, in our life and in our world when we listen in to what Love Says.
