We're joined by writer and podcaster Louise Blain to dive into the horror of the new millennium. First, the direct-to-video J-horror that set-ff The Grudge franchise, Ju-On: The Curse (2000) and THAT SOUND.

The second part of the episode (from 0:27:51) will discuss the first English-language remake of Ringu (1998) that set-off a trend, The Ring (2002).
