Because you're just doing your job. You're just working on interesting things. A team comes together and the team is working well. But if the business is growing, then there are crazy business pressures on you the whole time. And it looks like there are more troubles and there's innovation actually.
You can't think about the amount of risk you're taking too much. You have to go make a decision. And then you have to take it in this direction. You won't be 100% sure. You're relying on whatever facts you can get.
