We’ve paid other agencies in the past for Facebook ads and other paid stuff where you’re paying a management fee plus the ad spend. We like the way we have it set up with you a lot better. The other way didn’t work out well for us. Facebook leads felt lower quality for what we were doing. The Google search leads are a lot higher quality from our testing. PPC leads can add up fast. You can spend a lot of money very easily. James Dooley: And not only that. If people don’t know what they’re doing with PPC there’s click fraud and if you don’t have negative keywords like “jobs” or “careers” you can get people looking to apply for work instead of actual leads for concrete resurfacing. We know the referral fee. Our sales team bids the jobs with your margin built in so it works smoothly. We’re not losing money hoping for ROI. We only pay when we close the deals. James Dooley: And what Adam’s saying there is that word of mouth is great but there’s only so much of it. You still need diversification. Maybe do SEO for your own site to generate your own leads. That’s the Holy Grail. Maybe still use PPC. Maybe team up with one or two lead gen companies. With FatRank, if you qualify, the system works.
