Understandably, Samson is normally an example of what not to do in leadership. In this weeks’s episode of Authentically Adam, Wayne uses Samson in the usual fashion. Specifically, the discussion centers around Judges 15 and the back-and-forth exchanges of retaliation between Samsons and the Philistines. “As they did to me, so I have done to them” (Judges 15:11), was their standard of leadership. Yet, Jesus taught something drastically different per Matthew 7:12.
