कदाचित् पूणास्थेन केनचित् विद्यालयेन महादेवगोविन्दरानडेवर्यः मुख्यातिथित्वेन निमन्त्रितः आसीत् । जनसम्मर्दस्य निवारणाय कार्यक्रमे निमन्त्रणपत्रेण सह आगतवतामेव प्रवेशः इति निश्चितम् आसीत् । तस्याः व्यवस्थायाः निर्वहणाय नियुक्तः कश्चन स्वयंसेवकः रानडेवर्यम् अपि विना आमन्त्रणपत्रम् अन्तः प्रवेष्टुम् न अनुमतवान् । तावता कश्चन व्यवस्थापकः कुतश्चित् पत्रमेकं रानडेवर्यस्य हस्ते स्थापितवान् ।  तस्य स्वयंसेवकस्य कर्तव्यनिष्ठाम् अभिनन्दन् तस्य स्कन्धे हस्तं स्थापितवान् रानडेवर्यः।

This story beautifully illustrates the principles of duty and respect. Once, Mahadev Govind Ranade was invited as the chief guest by a school in Pune. To avoid overcrowding, it was decided that only those who had an invitation card would be allowed to enter the event. A volunteer appointed to manage this arrangement did not allow Ranade to enter without an invitation card. Meanwhile, an organizer placed an invitation card in Ranade's hand from somewhere. Appreciating the volunteer's sense of duty, Ranade placed his hand on the volunteer's shoulder in commendation."

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
