Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #18- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
 
In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Why You Must Get OBSESSED With Your Traffic Sources. What videos we shoot, why this videos work on certain markets and why they fail in others? How to speak to your ideal clientele and how to know who your clients are. These are all Traffic Source and a pivotal change when I started on YouTube. I was learning a lot from agents and digital marketers but none of it worked for me, well I did it in my own way and it really change a lot from my sales. I believed that we need to dive in the psychology side of Traffic source, as it can work for me but not for you. A lot of markets are different. There are a lot of YouTubers who doesn’t understand their Traffic sources, for them it’s all about the likes, number of subscribers and random videos. First thing to do is don’t share your videos in social media an you will start seeing your growth. YouTube search is the number 1 drive to your YouTube Channel which we think is great, yes somehow it is. But it wasn’t until I discover that suggested and browse are more efficient as YouTube will put your videos in front of the people who is likely to watch it. Those are the videos that will give you higher data utilization and analytics, that’s where we want to be. We got to shoot videos that people wants. We also have to focus on the keywords.  There's still more to learn on this episode. Come and focus on these episode!!
