Gin Fizz
2 oz dry gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Add all ingredients into a cocktail mixer and shake without ice. Next add ice and shake again. Strain into the glass of your choice, and garnish with any bitters, fruit, or citrus you desire.
