THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is a cannabinoid, and the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis that creates the high associated with marijuana use. Since cannabis has become legal in many states, people are using it in new ways, especially in the drinks space. But what’s the right way to do that? How do breweries, drinkers and mixologists deal with the legal ramifications, the oversight, and the actual flavors and aromas of THC?
