In episode 8 of Building a Culture of Collaboration, we interview Grayson James. Grayson has been coaching executives, boards and senior management teams improve their collaborative business performance for over 30 years. He also facilitates organizational change initiatives and provides collaborative leadership education internationally through his consulting firm, Full Contact Institute (formerly Grayson James Consultants).
Grayson’s approach is uncommon in that he weaves together his own leadership experience with principles from martial arts, meditation, tai chi and other mind-body disciplines, along with decades of experience as an executive coach. In his spare time, he studies and teaches the martial art of Aikido (in which holds a 6th degree black belt). His new book, Full Contact Performance: The Internal Art of Organizational Collaborationwill be released on August 25th and is currently available for pre-order through any online or local bookstore.
