RODRIGUEZ, Raymond “RJ”, is a Licensing Specialist for the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board (HTSB), and currently the lead for the HTSB work regarding the Model Code of Ethics for Educators. He was a classroom teacher for ten years in a variety of settings: elementary school, middle school, and high school (including charter school experience). He has also spent seven years working for a teacher union providing professional development for educators.
