Born in Los Angeles, Armando studied photography, architecture, and graphic design. The early ninety’s found him in Colorado where he worked in advertising, design, and publishing for the first 10 years. The last 18 years with his own company Mando-Matic, a photography, video, and retouching studio, has allowed Martinez to concentrate on the photographic image. An award-winning filmmaker, photo retouching artist, and photographer, he crafts photographs into new visions daily.
