Those with a gluten intolerance or Coeliac Disease can initially find themselves asking, "what can I eat?", "where can I eat?" and "how will this affect my life?" Kylie Banks, a lifelong sufferer that was only recently diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, shares a few things she has learnt.
