I've been having amazing conversations recently with friends and other connections in my network about my journey over the past year transitioning from a Director of Customer Success & Account Management to becoming a full time solopreneur. These conversations have been an opportunity for me to reflect on how far I've come - even in the last 3-6 months - in terms of my mindset, vision, and overall confidence and belief in myself. I wanted to record this episode to share some of the big lessons I've learned so far along the way for those out there who may be considering going out on their own.
