I love the end of the year. Of looking back on the year and reflecting on all the things. What worked, what didn’t, and everything in between.

Over the past five years, I have been super intentional about my goal setting practice. Not only what I wanted not only my business to look like, but my life. Kids, family, relationships, health, finances and spiritual. It’s so fun to look back at those years and see what goals were accomplished, and which ones got put back on the list.

Each year, I’ve gotten better.

Better at setting goals, better at planning and executing them and this year was the best year in accomplishing them. Yes! 2020 was my personal best year. Crazy.
