After learning that a trip to Singapore was scheduled, Charles and his Navy friends all agreed to save money for their upcoming deployment.  Not thinking the three months for saving, all agreed upon would come so quickly, Charles soon discovered how overspending and not budgeting his money, ended in embarrassment.
