Women In Construction

*Next Generation: Building Her Future in Construction*

This week on the very first episode of Women in Construction, host Joanne White, founder of Women in Construction Ireland, is joined by Allysha Lynch, a newly qualified electrician making her mark in the industry. At just 28, Allysha brings fresh perspectives and inspiring insights into the world of trades, sharing her journey through apprenticeship, the challenges she faced, and the passion that drives her.
Together, they dive into the realities and rewards of being a young woman in construction, including the support and representation needed to open more doors for women across the sector. Allysha's story is one of resilience, dedication, and breaking new ground.
