A recently opened bakery, The French Guys began baking pastries out of their home kitchen during the Covid-19 pandemic and kickstarted their business by attending various farmers markets across the greater Seattle area. Chef Renaud shares insight about co-owning a bakery, the importance of using fresh ingredients, and a taste of his favorite baked goods.
