In Acts 27-28, Paul experiences perilous situations and circumstances on his journey to Rome. It appears that the weather is in control, but God sends an angel to Paul to remind him that He is sovereign. The Lord had already planned and purposed for Paul to appear before Caesar, and therefore, regardless of how perilous the situation was on the way, God would follow through with His plan and purpose!
