Our featured guest for this episode is Dr. Stephanie Cassin. Dr. Cassin is an associate professor and the director of the Healthy Eating and Lifestyle laboratory at Toronto Metropolitan University. Dr. Cassin’s clinical and research interests are in the area of disordered eating, obesity, and weight loss surgery. Her research examines the psychological predictors of weight loss surgery outcome, as well as psychological interventions that may improve these outcomes.
