To start the episode, Ryan talks about the track and field teams, and their time at the conference championship. Then, it’s an update on the SAU wrestling and bowling teams. Ryan concludes the first half of the episode talking about the swim and dive team, followed up by introducing SAU lacrosse. After a short station break, Ryan discusses the men’s volleyball early struggles.
Afterwards, it’s an update on the SAU basketball postseason hopes. Then, the episode's focus turns towards talking about softball’s strong season, and a season opening split series for baseball. Ryan concludes the episode with cheer and dance. Ryan continues to remain hopeful for SAU sports.
