The show consists of solo-discussions by Wes about music and entrepreneurship and how those two loves of his meet in the Perfectly Imperfect label from Southern Indiana AS WELL AS interviews with guests ranging from recording artists to entrepreneurs to painters and the occasional real estate agent.
