Criminal Justice Evolution

In this episode of Criminal Justice Evolution, Patrick Fitzgibbons sits down with attorney Ken W. Good to unpack one of the most divisive issues in criminal justice today – Bail reform.

Drawing on decades of experience in bail law, appellate advocacy, and criminal justice policy, Ken cuts through the politics and headlines to examine what reform gets right, where it falls short, and what’s at stake for both public safety and constitutional rights.
