On 22 July 2021, the whole of Singapore reverts back to Phase 2 Heightened Alert (a.k.a PATOOHA) and people are pissed. But Minister of Health Ong Ye Kung explains that it’s not because of the KTV cluster - it’s the cluster at Jurong Port Fishery + 200,000 unvaccinated seniors. So how do people feel about that? On a related note, a petition to cancel NDP has gotten more than 35,000 signatures (and counting). Should it still carry on?
