He shares a crazy story about trying to get some free therapy that turned into a bit of a nightmare situation, but at least he had his snacks! Brandon describes it as the most terrifying experience of his life. 

The first tip to eating healthy on the go is to bring a snack.
  • nuts, almonds, seeds
  • hand fruit, apples & bananas
  • celery and carrots
