Ze bevragen elkaar over processen van piekervaringen en de psychologie van mindsetverandering bij leiders. Boy (72) is gepensioneerd corporate executive en thans facilitator bij de Foundation for Natural Leadership. Hij is recent gepromoveerd op dit onderwerp aan Wageningen University & Research. Niek (33) is actief als consultant bij De Transformatie Groep. Zo ontmoeten theorie en praktijk elkaar.
