Little Moments Count is a statewide collaborative focused on helping parents and caregivers learn about the importance of brain development in the first three years of life.
Nearly 80 percent of brain growth happens in the first thousand days, and small
moments of interaction - like talking, playing, reading and singing - help create the
pathways that build a child’s brain during this early stage of life.
