Hey Party People! On the FIRST episode of "...but are you weird?" we meet Audra, Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist and Owner of Autonomy Pelvic Health.
Audra is a pelvic health occupational therapist and proud owner of Autonomy Pelvic Health, located in Leominster, MA. She is passionate about pelvic health and loves to learn all the nerdy things about it! She also enjoys weight-training, running, hiking, baking, video games, memes, coffee, and spending time with her husband and kitties (Athena and Apollo). Audra loves being her weird, eccentric, energetic self. She has ADHD and hopes that his podcast episode helps others learn to embrace their ADHD energy!
Tune in to learn more about Audra, her passion for her work, and what being weird means to her.
Content Notice: Audra discusses her work in pelvic health without cutesy-pie names for intimate parts of the body. The content is clinical in presentation.
Also, a tiny bit of profanity snuck through the editing process - eek!
