Toddler Toolkit

What is harmony? One of the Definitions of harmony is "the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole." Making up the whole is the ability to trust and support, communicate differences in a constructive manner, and look beyond the self as a broader picture, the whole. The self however is a very important part that makes up the whole.

Everyone in your family has a part, they have a voice, and they are an important part of the whole. If one part of the whole is muted and silenced, then you would be having friction in harmony and lacking harmony in your family.

While friction is a normal part of the family dynamic, there are different measures we can take to reduce the amount of friction that occurs and increase our family's level of harmony.

Join us in this conversation with special guest Sarah Immonen Ward as we discuss what harmony looks like in our families, the four pillars of harmony, and our top tips for increasing harmony in your home right now!
