3. Losing is not failure: We can all learn something from Giannis Antetokounmpo's response to a reporter's question about failure. Let's reframe our faulty relationship with "failure."
4. Emotion: Pickleball elicits a range of feelings - physical and emotional. I share with you my story from the Open. It is ok to cry about pickleball :).
