Making Feedback Count

The first episode of Making Feedback Count focuses on the lecturer's perspective. Providing feedback is essential for student development, but balancing quality and efficiency remains a constant challenge for educators. What are the complexities of delivering good feedback, how do we ensure students genuinely engage with it while managing our workload at the same time? Mijke Slot discusses these issues with three colleagues from ESHCC's Media and Communication department: Palesa Mashigo, Arne van Lienden, and Aleid Fokkema. They share their experiences and discuss practical tips and tricks to increase the effectiveness of our feedback practices.
