More About Our Guest: Stephanie Lehman is the Executive Vice President of Asset Management overseeing Multifamily Affordable, Build to Rent and Senior Living assets for Elmington. In this role, she manages the operations of Elmington’s 45 active assets, made up of stabilized assets and properties in lease up.  Stephanie is heavily involved with the design development of all new developments, working with architects on every aspect of the development. Prior to joining Elmington, Stephanie was an Asset Manager at Covenant Capital Group in Nashville, Tennessee, for 9 years. There she handled a large portfolio of multifamily assets with an investment value exceeding $240 million and specialized in value-add renovations and design and operations.
