Mack is passionate about the industry, its challenges, and opportunities, choosing to stay at the forefront by participating often in conferences where he absorbs as much of the new developments as he can to then bring them back to his team and gain an edge. Taking over with his partner, they immediately found themselves amid the COVID crisis, which happened to provide a great boom for this industry.
